The Library at Dopha Etho
The Library at Dopha Etho is the record of all history and the repository of knowledge for the entire Rhilan population. There are several sections to The Library: the tower, the sphere, the lower halls, and the catacombs. Some of these sections are open to the public, and others only accessibly by Nanami and the Haiiro No Kodomo. Areas not meant for mortals typically have no mortal means of entering them. Chambers in the sphere, which Nanami claims as a Temple, have no general entrance to speak of.

Structure
The Library has changed little in its history. The tower remains largely unaltered, as does the sphere at the top of the tower. The lower halls have received the most maintenance over the years, as they bear the bulk of the traffic. Nanami also allows the lower halls, where humans and other mortal races tend to congregate, to be renovated every few years to ensure people feel the world changes with them.
From the outside of the city, the tower appears to be a shining white monument crested with an obsidian sphere, surrounded by obsidian walls.
The Tower
The tower, which starts after the considerable height of the lower halls, is where The Library is located.
The Sphere
The sphere at the top of the tower is where the Temple is. Nanami spends a great deal of her time there. Few have seen the insides of the sphere.
The Lower Halls
The lower halls is where most of the business of The Library occurs. A separate public archives is held for information frequently accessed by the populous. Requesting information that is not available in the general library can be found in The Library, which is upstairs in the tower. Entrance to the tower above is unrestricted, but requires the accompaniment of a Haiiro No Kodomo.
The Catacombs
It is suggested that the catacombs have not changed since the creation. Sections are closed off and reopened in an intricate circling pattern, and one can check the schedule at the Information Desk. The catacombs contain many of Rhila's relics and artifacts, abandoned over the years. In eras such as the Prevari Era, it was custom for wizards to donate half of the items they created over their lifetime for personal use to the wizard guild and half to The Library.
Effect on Dopha Etho
The Library is in the center of the city. The lower halls act as a buffer between the library proper and the rest of the city. The hustle and bustle of the merchants in the bazaar do not reach the greens that surrounds the lower halls.
