It is believed that the Vessel was created shortly before the First Goddess War, congruent with the creation of the Coil of Blood. However, neither the Vessel nor the poison were ready for implementation. Legend says that the first instance of the Vessel went mad and destroyed itself.
When put into play as an assassin during the Second Goddess War, the Vessel was defeated and attempted to escape into Dead Circle. The inhabitant of the Vessel did not survive, but the Vessel was recovered.
